    Pros: Very smooth process and very professional. Congratulations to the team.

    Cons: Why ask customers to book an appointment if it isn't actually taken into account? I still had to wait behind approximately 35 vehicles before being attended to. The appointment system would be much more useful if it genuinely reduced waiting times.
